How does Early Access work and do I need an invite code?
All new organizations automatically receive 90 days of complimentary Pro access with up to 100,000 traces per month. No credit card and no invite code are required to get started, and you will never be charged automatically when the Early Access period concludes.
What happens after the 90-day Early Access period ends?
You will receive an advance notification before your 90-day period concludes with options to select a paid tier ($79/mo for Pro) or transition to a community tier. Because no credit card is taken upfront, you will never be charged without your explicit choice.
What counts as a trace in Observyze?
A trace represents an end-to-end execution of an AI agent, RAG pipeline, or LLM call, encompassing all child spans, tool invocations, and metadata. Multi-turn workflows or recursive agent loops are grouped into a single unified trace hierarchy.
How are BYOK credentials and customer data protected?
Provider keys are stored using AES-256-GCM envelope encryption. When using SDK telemetry or header forwarding, your keys can remain entirely within your own application memory or client-side. Observyze never retains prompt text for model training.
Can I deploy Observyze privately or in a dedicated VPC?
