How does the 10-day trial work?
You can start a 10-day full-access trial of the Observatory plan without a credit card. Billing begins only if you choose a paid plan after the trial or Early Access period.
How are BYOK credentials protected?
Provider keys are stored in AES-256-GCM envelopes. The gateway can decrypt them only with the separately managed deployment encryption key; key custody and rotation remain operational responsibilities.
What counts as a trace?
A trace is an end-to-end execution of an AI workflow. Plan usage is measured from entry spans accepted for the workspace.
