1. Operational Scope
By accessing Observyze, you agree to these terms. We provide a platform for AI inference observability. You are responsible for any AI agents or workflows configured using our infrastructure.
2. Fair Usage Policy
To ensure high-fidelity service for all enterprise users, we maintain a Fair Usage Policy on unlimited trace spans. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend any account that demonstrates unnatural or excessive load that threatens the global system equilibrium.
3. Liability & Performance
While Observyze provides sub-5ms safety circuit breakers, the user is ultimately responsible for their AI agents' real-world outcomes. Our service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
